Quality Assurance

Quality is the domain of our special focus. All parts of our production are subject to a strict control at each phase of the production. All materials are procured only from verified suppliers, who have implemented and maintain certified quality management systems in their plants.

Note:Note:the tolerance values in the table are used for referance hole or non-mactching hole to take positive(+)sign; Used for negative(-)sign of referance axis or non-matching axis and positive (±)sign of half-value of non-matching length.

Tolerance Standards of CNC Machining

1.Limited deviation value of linear dimension (gbt18042000)(mm)
2.Limited deviation of rouding radius and chamfer height(GB/t1804-2000)(mm)
3.Limited deviation value of angular dimension(GB/t1804-2000)(mm)

If there is no requirements about tolerance, our general tolerance standards are below:
For Injection molding products (hard plastic): SJ/T10628-1995 standards, class 3
For Injection molding products (soft plastic): SJ/T10628-1995 standards, class 6
For 3D printing products: SJ/T10628-1995 standards, class 6
For Silicone and rubber products (Compression molding & injection molding ): ISO3302:2014 CLASS 2
For Silicone and rubber products (Extrusion & Die-cutting): ISO3302:2014 CLASS 3
For Foam products: ISO3302:2014 CLASS 4
For CNC machining products: SJ/T10628-1995 standards, class 2

F is the size of the moulding line , generally for the direction and thickness;
C is the fixed size, generally for the width or inside and outside diameter.
